Bulk
Depalletizer: The
Pro-PalŪ XODUS Low Level Bulk Container Depalletizer from
Priority One is a high efficiency system designed to remove layers
of containers from a pallet and transport the containers to an
accumulation table or infeed conveyor. The system can
operate automatically with options to remove tier sheets, picture
frames, inverted trays and pallets. Sequenced operations are
performed simultaneously, keeping a steady stream of product
flowing to the accumulation table. The unique design and workflow
easily adapts to variations between layers and pallet loads.
Mini
Palletizer:
The
Pro-Pal Mini is a compact, yet full-featured low level palletizing
system designed to efficiently palletize products with minimal
operator attention. Operating on-demand, the Pro-Pal Mini
orients products into pre-programmed layer configurations.
The unique, compact design of the Pro-Pal Mini allows packagers to
extract maximum productivity from a minimal floorspace
requirement. Made from heavy duty welded steel, the Pro-Pal
Mini accommodates case throughput of 5 to 35 cases per minute,
and/or 3 layers per minute. Pro-Pal Minis have two basic
configurations, the 90° and the "U" configuration, to
accommodate various production lines. Minis also come with a wide
variety of optional equipment such as an automatic rotary tier
sheet inserter, remote operator console and an automatic pallet
magazine.
Shuttle
Car Palletizer:
The
Shuttle Car Palletizing System is a compact, full featured
palletizing system designed to simultaneously palletize products
from up to five separate product lines. The Shuttle Car
System is designed to receive product from multiple upstream lines
and palletize the products on up to five separate pallets.
Made from heavy duty welded steel, shuttle cars can be equpied
with 2, 3, 4 or 5 pallet positions, depending on
requirements. Shuttle Cars can be equiped with up to three
Case Infeeds (at three different elevations.) These multiple
infeeds enable the entire system to run at a higher case rate,
while actually slowing the speed at which the individual cases are
handled in the layer forming process, significantly reducing the
risk of damage.
