Bevco
is celebrating its 21st year in business.
Starting from humble beginnings, we are proud to
provide employment for 45 people encompassing manufacturing,
production, engineering, quality control, sales, marketing,
technical support and administration.
Accumulation
Tables:
Avoid unnecessary line shut downs with a Bevco Accumulation
Table. All tables are custom built to accumulate your
product containers when equipment downstream has
malfunctioned. Often this will allow you enough time to
repair the problem. When the bottleneck is cleared the table
will begin to discharge containers back onto the conveyor
eliminating the need for a complete line shutdown.
Air
Conveyor:
The Bevco Air
Conveying System for PET bottles affords high speed handling
without damage to the bottles. It involves high volumes
of
low-pressure air generated by centrifugal fans being blown
into a stainless steel chamber. Bottles are propelled by its
release through air jets, and are controlled and supported
by neck-ring guides and adjustable guide rails.
Bulk
Depalletizer:
The Bevco Bulk Depalitizer is designed to
automatically remove layers of containers from a pallet and
sweep them on to a transport / accumulation table.
PLC controls are used to simultaneously monitor and
control the movement of pallets, removal of tier sheets,
picture frames and containers while ensuring a steady stream
of product flowing to the out-feed conveyors. Empty pallets
and tier sheets are stored in bulk for easy removal by
forklift or eliminating the need for a complete line
shutdown.
Cap
Sterilizer:
Using our proven Gripper Rinser technology Bevco developed
the vertical Cap Sterilizer. Designed to extend shelf life
by using the contents of the package to sterilize the cap.
With a vertical design the contact time can be extended
without excessive use of floor space.
PLC
Line Control Systems:
PLC Line Control Systems allow the integration of
major equipment (Filler, Labeler, Packer, etc.) to provide
coordinated line control. Various levels of control can be
provided from basic stop/start (Level 1) to full line
controls (Level 2) featuring AC frequency inverters with
analog control and operator interfaces. Analog control of
the conveyor frequency inverters allows conveyors to ramp
programmed and pre-tested prior to shipment to reduce start
up time.
Conveyor:
Every conveyor Bevco builds is custom designed to suit our
client's product and production line needs. Our modular
design offers flexibility and is simple to assemble. Each
section of our conveyors line has been pre-assembled in our
shop, then numbered and separated for shipping.
Coolers:
The BEVCO Evaporative Cooler is designed to cool any hot
filled product in either glass, metal or plastic containers.
Quick cooling of the product prevents quality deterioration
and allows for proper handling by labeling and packaging
equipment.
Warmer:
The BEVCO Container Warmer is designed to warm any cold
filled products in glass, metal or plastic containers, thus
eliminating problems related to excess condensation damaging
packaging materials.
Elevator/Lowerator:
The Bevco Elevator / Lowerator incorporates the gripper
system to raise/lower containers onto changes in conveyor
elevation. The gripper system allows transportation of a
wide variety of containers. Glass, PET, Metal, round and
non-round containers are all suitable for use with a Bevco
Elevator / Lowerator. Size changeovers are quick (one minute
or less) easy (no tools or change parts) and convenient.
Lowerator Rinser: The Lowerator / Rinser combines
Bevco's proven Rinser and Lowerator technology to conserve
space. The gripper system allows transportation of a wide
variety of containers. Glass, PET, Metal, round and
non-round containers are all suitable for use with a Bevco
Lowerator / Rinser. Size changeovers are quick (one minute
or less) easy (no tools or change parts) and convenient.
Rinsers
(Water/Air):
The Bevco gripper rinsers are designed to rinse a wide range
of containers. Glass, PET, Metal, round and non-round
containers are all suitable for use with Bevco Rinsers. Size
changeovers are quick (one minute or less) easy (no tools or
change parts) and convenient.
These versatile machines employ water ranging from 50
gal/min to fine sprays of chemical solutions, ozone treated
water or ionized air. We can also use a combination of
air-and-water or a solution-and-water in a multi-zoned
manifold.
